(4) If the pump is not used temporarily, it should be kept in a vacuum during storage to avoid contamination of pump oil and corrosion of all parts. And the remaining water in the cooling water jacket is blown clean. The room temperature of the storage site should be between 10C and 40C. (5) If the performance of the pump suddenly deteriorates during normal operation, the heater should be checked first. (6) After long-term work, the performance of the pump will gradually deteriorate, and it should be repaired regularly. A. Whether the pump oil is reduced or oxidized, refueling or replacement according to corresponding requirements. B. Parts and pump cavity should be cleaned with aviation gasoline first, then be cleaned with silk dipped in ether or acetone, and be dried at 80C 100C or blown dry with a hairdryer. C. After processing, assemble in sequence, keep the pump core and pump bottom vertical and pump cavity concentric, all levels of nozzle clearance should be adjusted according to the original requirements.
